Royalgame Rules and Regulations
These Terms and Conditions set out the legal rules that govern your use of the Royalgame website and mobile application. They apply to every account registered for use and to any bet or gaming activity undertaken. By using these services, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any sport- or game-specific rules. Read this page carefully before registration or placing any bets.
General Terms
- Agreement to terms
- By creating an account, completing registration, or using Royalgame services, you enter a binding legal agreement consisting of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling information, and product-specific rules. You should read all documents before use and revisit them regularly.
- If you do not accept any part of these terms, stop using the services and close your account.
- Eligibility and location
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may place a bet only where gambling is allowed and only while physically located in a permitted jurisdiction. Geolocation checks and IP verification may be used to confirm location.
- Accounts are personal. Use of an account by any third party is prohibited.
- Changes to terms
- Royalgame may update these terms to reflect operational, regulatory, or technical changes. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page unless a later date is stated.
- Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
- Proper platform use
- Use the platform only for lawful betting and gaming. Cheating, bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage exploiting obvious errors, misuse of odds data, automated betting, or multi-accounting is prohibited.
- Do not threaten, harass, or post illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Do not attempt to circumvent security or responsible gambling tools.
- Content and intellectual property
- All site content, odds feeds, software, trademarks, and data are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
- Screen-scraping, data mining, or unauthorised copying or redistribution of content or odds is not allowed.
- Limitation of liability
- Royalgame provides services using reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
- Royalgame is not liable for: telecommunications failures; delays or losses arising from third-party services; events beyond reasonable control; or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law.
- Suspension and closure
- Royalgame may suspend or close an account for legal, regulatory, security, responsible gambling, or AML reasons, or for breach of these terms. Any remaining funds will be handled under the Payment Rules and AML obligations.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws. The courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
General Betting Rules
- Eligibility to place bets
- You must hold an active, verified account and be at least 18 years old.
- You must be located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time of placing a bet. Location checks may apply.
- Bet acceptance
- A bet is accepted only once it appears in your betting history as “Accepted” or “Placed” and a transaction ID is issued.
- Odds are subject to change prior to acceptance. If odds change during placement, you may be offered new odds before confirmation.
- Royalgame may refuse, limit, or restrict bets to manage liability, comply with legal requirements, or protect integrity.
- Stakes, limits, and payouts
- Minimum stake per bet: €0.10 unless a market states a different minimum.
- Maximum stake and maximum payout may vary by sport, league, event, market, and customer risk profile. Limits are shown at bet entry where possible and may be adjusted.
- Bets funded by bonuses are subject to bonus terms, including wagering requirements and market restrictions.
- Settlement of bets
- Bets are settled on the official result as published by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. Subsequent corrections do not normally apply.
- For betting markets settled in-running, settlement is based on data from official or trusted sources.
- Where a market-specific rule exists, that rule prevails over general rules.
- Voids and cancellations
- If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, markets may be voided unless market rules specify an alternative (for example, a 48-hour reschedule window). Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and stakes are returned.
- Palpable error: If an obvious error occurs in odds, lines, event, or stake display, Royalgame may void the bet or settle at the correct odds that should have been available.
- Bets placed after an outcome is known or after a market should have closed are void.
- Cash out and edits
- Cash Out is offered on selected markets and events only and is not guaranteed. Technical issues or market suspensions may prevent Cash Out.
- Edits or cancellations by the user are not possible after acceptance unless a specific feature allows it prior to settlement.
- Responsible restrictions
- Self-imposed limits, self-exclusion, or affordability reviews may restrict bets, odds visibility, or access to markets.
- Records
- You should read bet confirmations and keep your own records. In case of discrepancy, Royalgame logs prevail unless you provide reliable evidence to the contrary.
Payment Rules
- Funding your account
- Accepted methods for accounts: debit cards, bank transfer, approved e-wallets, and approved instant banking solutions. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling payments on accounts.
- Minimum deposit: €10 unless stated otherwise. Method-specific limits apply and are shown in the cashier.
- Fees: Royalgame does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or provider may charge its own fees.
- Withdrawals
- Withdraw to the same method used for deposit, where possible (closed-loop). If that is not possible, a verified bank transfer may be required.
- Minimum withdrawal: €10 unless stated otherwise. Maximums may apply per transaction and per day, subject to risk checks.
- Processing times (after approval):
- E-wallets: typically same day to 24 hours
- Debit cards: typically 2–5 banking days
- Bank transfer: typically 1–3 banking days
- Royalgame may require extra time for security checks, regulatory reviews, or during public holidays.
- Verification (KYC/AML)
- Before any withdrawal, identity, age, address, and ownership of payment method may be verified.
- Source of funds or source of wealth documents may be requested to satisfy legal and AML requirements.
- Failure to provide requested documents can result in cancellation of transactions, account restrictions, or closure.
- Transaction restrictions
- Third-party payments or withdrawals are prohibited. The name on the payment method must match the account holder.
- Royalgame may decline deposits or withdrawals that trigger security, fraud, or AML alerts.
- Cancellations and reversals
- A pending withdrawal may be cancelled by you only while it remains pending in the cashier, if the feature is available. Once processed, reversals are not possible.
- Successful deposits are final. Chargebacks may lead to account suspension and recovery of costs.
- Currency
- The default account currency euro (€). Conversions, where permitted, use rates set by your provider or Royalgame’s processor.

- Royalgame supports a safer betting environment and aligns operations to consumer protection standards. Staff receive training on safer gambling and intervention protocols.
- Player tools
- Deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits configurable in the account area
- Time-outs (short-term breaks) and self-exclusion for longer periods
- Reality checks and activity statements summarising bets, net position, and time spent
- Product blocks or market restrictions where needed
- Optional affordability assessments and interactions where risk indicators arise
- Information and education
- Risk self-assessment questionnaires and guidance pages are available. You should read them before using bonuses or placing high-frequency bets.

- Implementation
- If self-excluded, access to services will be blocked and marketing will stop within a reasonable period. Any open bets will be settled as per rules, and withdrawals will remain available where legally permitted.
Anti-Money Laundering
- Legal obligations
- Royalgame implements controls under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Acts 2010–2021 and applicable guidance to help prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Identification and age verification are required. Proof of address and ownership of payment method may be requested.
- Enhanced due diligence may apply for higher-risk scenarios, including politically exposed persons (PEPs) and higher transaction volumes.
- Monitoring and detection
- Transactions are monitored for unusual patterns, rapid deposits and withdrawals, third-party involvement, and inconsistent activity relative to profile.
- Screening against sanctions and watchlists is carried out where required.
- Reporting and consequences
- Where suspicion arises, Royalgame may file reports to FIU and is legally restricted from informing you about such reports.
- Royalgame may delay, freeze, or block transactions and accounts pending review. Breaches of AML rules can lead to account closure and forfeiture where required by law.
- Prohibited activity
- No third-party payments, no cash equivalents by post, and no attempts to structure deposits or withdrawals to avoid checks.
Privacy Policy
- Compliance
- Royalgame processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Data collected
- Identification data: name, date of birth, address, verification documents
- Contact data: email, phone, device identifiers
- Account and usage data: registration details, login logs, preferences, responsible gambling settings

- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, subject to legal limits. You may withdraw consent at any time.

- Incident response
- Security incidents are investigated promptly. Where required by law, affected users and regulators are notified in a timely manner.
